How annual and quarterly payments work
Each plan includes a fixed annual number of Grant Project Outputs.
- With annual payment, the full yearly quota is available immediately and can be used at any time.
- With quarterly payment, outputs are released quarterly. Access to future outputs requires renewal each quarter.
What is a Grant Project Output?
- A Grant Project Output is one finalized grant document generated in Grantora.
- It can be an Expression of Interest (EoI), a Concept Note, or a Full Proposal.
- Each finalized output counts as 1 unit from your annual quota, regardless of its length or type.
- Drafts, revisions, and section-level regenerations are included.
- Only finalized exported outputs count toward your quota.
- Availability of outputs depends on your selected payment option.

Peer Referral Program
NGOs invited by an existing Grantora user may receive limited proposal credits once a paid subscription is activated, subject to referral program terms.
This program is designed to support peer learning and responsible growth within trusted NGO networks, without affecting standard pricing.
Referral credits are applied only after subscription activation and cannot be requested independently or exchanged for discounts.
Network & Ecosystem Access
Members of selected incubators, NGO networks, or capacity-building programs may be eligible for time-bound partner access codes.
These codes are issued through formal partnerships and are not part of public discount campaigns.

Donor-Supported Access (Program-Based)

Refund and cancellation terms

Quarterly payments can be canceled at any time. Unused outputs for the current quarter are forfeited at the end of the quarter.
Annual plans are eligible for pro-rata refunds for unused full quarters, minus a 15 percent administrative fee.

Grantora plans are annual by design, with two billing options that affect how outputs are released, not which plan you are on.
Quarterly billing
Quarterly billing is aligned with typical grant cycles and offers flexibility for small teams.
You pay per quarter and receive the portion of outputs allocated to that quarter.
Access to future outputs requires renewal each quarter. You may cancel before the next renewal period.
Annual billing
Annual billing provides a 16–20% discount, depending on the plan.
You pay once per year and receive immediate access to the full annual output quota, with no quarterly release limits.
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused complete quarters, minus a 15% administrative fee, in accordance with our refund policy.

During this period, refunds remain valid as long as finalized Grant Project Output usage stays within the following limits:

If finalized output usage exceeds the limit, the guarantee is void.

Refund requests must be submitted through support and are processed within 15 business days.
Yes. You can upgrade to annual at any time. Upon upgrade, the remaining annual output quota becomes immediately available, minus outputs already used.
Grant Project credits are renewed at the start of each billing period, based on your selected billing option.
With quarterly billing, credits are renewed at the beginning of each quarter. Unused credits expire at the end of the quarter.
With annual billing, the full annual credit quota renews at the start of each annual cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the annual period.
Credits do not roll over to future billing periods.
Additional credits can be purchased at any time (€29 per credit) to cover peak demand or overlapping deadlines.

Your documents are isolated per organization and are not shared with any other user or organization.
Your content is never used to train public AI models.
